Description:
Legal Projects
The EngAnalysis team have completed a number of projects for the courts including the supreme court of Victoria. The specifics of these projects are confidential and protected by legal privilege.
In general, our guidance to the courts is underpinned by observation and measurement of the in-field performance of machines and structures. These projects often reveal that a definitive yes/no answer would be misleading and our teams are able to use observation to estimate probability and aggregate proportional risk.
Prior to Litigation
EngAnalysis has played a pivotal role in the early stages of several projects where the cause of structural failure is not clear, or there are multiple contributing factors. These projects can often be completed on a modest budget relative to “understanding the cause” and the rapid production of objective data provides considerable evidence-based insight rather than uninformed accusations or denials.
